Roger Sheldon started Sheldon Palmes in 1997. He has grown the business from one location to three locations around Citrus County. He specializes in commerical lines and ensuring his employees and customers are treated with respect.

When he is not at work, he enjoys spending time on the water and traveling with his family.

Samantha is an Agent/Office Manager, and has been with the agency since January 2016. She specializes in customer service as well as home and auto insurance. She is beginning to learn commercial lines. Being able to help customers is one of the things she enjoys most, in addition to the people that she works for and with. She’s a self-described people pleaser and feels that if everyone around her is happy then she knows she’s doing her job correctly. When she is not on the job, she enjoys relaxing by the pool or on a beach.

Wendy is one of the agency's Customer Service Representatives. She has been in the insurance industry, on and off, for 30 years. She has been with the agency since August of 2013 and specializes in home, auto, boat, motorcycle, umbrella, and all personal lines of business. 

Wendy has one son and enjoys her downtime by traveling and spending time with family and friends.

"I am here to help. If I can answer questions that help my clients, then that always makes me smile."

Jessica has been with the agency since February of 2019. She started as a receptionist and then moved to customer service representative. Her speciality is personal lines insurance which involves home, auto, boat, and motorcycles. She enjoys helping our clients get the best insurance for our needs.

When she is not working she enjoys spending time on the water and time spent with family and friends.

Lorrie has been with the agency since March of 2022. She specializes in matching clients with the appropriate agent for their needs. She enjoys meeting and corresponding with customers.

When not at work, Lorrie enjoys boating, hiking, swimming, and snorkeling. 

April is a licensed agent and has been with Sheldon Palmes since November of 2018. She has over 24 years of experience in the insurance industry. Specializing in commercial lines, she is committed to excellent customer service and finding clints the right coverage for their needs.

Outside of the agency, April enjoys spending time with family and friends, music, cooking, walking, and swimming.

Kelli received her license in October 2022 and joined us in May 2023. Specializing in personal lines, she looks forward to interacting with her clients and learning new things. 

In her downtime, she will most likely be hanging out with her bearded dragon, Lana.

Izabella has been with us since June of 2022 and specializes in personal lines and customer service. She enjoys building and fostering long-term client relationships.

After hours and on the weekends, Izabella loves hanging out with her friends and her dog.

Tina joined the agency in late 2023 and brings six years of industry experience. As a customer service representative, Tina enjoys shopping auto and home insurance to help her clients save money.

When not servicing policies, she enjoys hanging out with her family, baking, cooking, and retail therapy.

Salome is new to the agency and new to the industry. Joining the team in June of 2023, she has learned so much already! She enjoys providing customer support and going the extra mile to ensure the needs of our clients are met. 

When not assisting clients, Salome prefers to be anywhere outdoors with her husband, son, and dog.

Regina has been in the insurance industry since 1989 and with Sheldon Palmes since April of 2007. She specializes in personal lines as well as some commercial lines policies. What she enjoys most about her job is being able to help people find the insurance coverage to best fit their needs. When she is not in the office she is spending time with family and friends, camping, gardening, and doing anything outdoors in the sun.

"I know that insurance is not people's favorite, so we try to make it easy and as pleasant as possible."

Kathy has been with the agency since May of 2008. She specializes in personal lines, Medicare, and life insurance. Her favorite part of this business is helping people find quality, yet affordable, insurance coverage. 

Kathy has one daughter and two wonderful grandchildren. Kathy is a U.S. Army Veteran and when she is not at work you will find her playing with her grandchildren.

Nicole is a CSR and a 2-15 Life Agent. With over 9 years of insurance experience, she has been with Sheldon Palmes since March of 2015. Nicole specializes in commercial lines and life insuance but takes care of personal lines as well. Meeting and helping people are some of her favorite things about her career. 

When she's not working to find insurance for our clients, she enjoys spending time outside or on the water with her family and her beautiful fur baby lab.

Sandra has been with the agency since May of 2009 and in the insurance industry for over fifty years. Her favorite thing about working in insurance is getting to see and meet a lot of interesting people and understanding the necessary evil of the insurance world. 

When she is not at work, she enjoys playing golf, cards, reading, socializing, and playing with her dog KoKo. 

Jennifer has been with the agency since December 2021. She started off as a receptionist and obtained her CSR License. She specializes in home and auto insurance. The thing that she enjoys most about her job is that she is always learning something new.

When Jennifer is not at the office, she enjoys spending time with her family.

Sarah joined the agency in late 2022 with seven years of industry experience. An agent who currently specializes in personal lines, she is working to increase her knowledge of commercial lines. 

Sarah is customer-focused and enjoys meeting new people and helping clients understand their coverages while also saving them money on insurance. 

Outside of the office you will find her spending time with family, playing games, taking walks, doing yard work, or playing with her dogs.

Rebecca has been with the agency since August of 2022. She is an administrative assistant who handles the billing. 

Outside of the office, she enjoys reading and spending time with family.

Kristen is not new to the agency, she has been with us on-and-off for 16 years! Specializing in personal and commercial lines, she loves the opportunity to meet new people and the satisfaction that comes from matching her clients with a policy that fits their needs. 

When not assisting clients, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, listening to music, motorcycle rides, and outdoor family activities.

Sarah joined our team in September of 2023 and is fairly new to the insurance industry. Her experience continues to grow as she helps clients with policy changes and any other needs they may have. She loves the people aspect of her job - hearing all of the wonderful stories and celebrating milestones.

Outside of the agency you may find her out on the water with her girls, hunting with her dad, or curling up with her iPad and a crisp Diet Coke.
