Site Polices for BIA customers:
New Customers: JOIN HERE
- "Private" or "Your Area": Each customer or member will have his
or her own personal calendar for which they will only have
access. Members can use the calendar as they wish for scheduling
events, keeping appointments, planning, et. Families can share a
calendar and share a member account to plan and organize family
activities. The possibilities are endless. It is important
to remember that the data members save to our servers is not guaranteed
to be backed-up on a regular basis. Brice Insurance Agency will
not be responsible for any members data if data loss occurs.
- "Public" or BIA "Business" Group Calendar: Each Member will be able to post an
event to this group calendar and members will be able to view all
events that are posted to this calendar. Hence the word Public. However,
members will not be able to edit or delete any events once they are
posted to the group calendar. Only a BIA staff member is
authorized to do this function. Members should be sure they post an
event to the group calendar that is designated for the group calendar
and not their personal calendar. Members will need to contact a
BIA staff member to assist with making any changes or deletions to an
event that was posted to the BIA group calendar. Members should
try to post events to the BIA group calendar two days prior to the
event's date. This will allow the BIA staff time to confirm a
members event. The BIA staff will call the member to confirm
their event or to reschedule their event if a conflict should occur
between previously scheduled or emergency events.
- Becoming a member: It is important that accurate
information is entered when filling out the forms to become a member. Our Internet applications and
services and interaction with our customers depends on the accuracy of
the information supplied to us.

book. Again BIA is not responsible for any data loss that may
occur. The mail application is operational. This is a POP3/SMTP
